Author Guidelines
Authors are advised to prepare the manuscript as per the guidelines decided by the journal. It will help the editor to take a proper decision on time. Journal will accept new submissions throughout the year. The team will work to publish as per the schedule after the editorial process. Editorial Policies and Submission Guidelines
There is no submission fee.
1. Submission
Manuscripts must be written in good English and should be submitted through The Website ijhssr.com or e-mail: researcharticles123@gmail.com.
Manuscripts should be submitted as a single MS-Word file including all materials.
2. Title Page
The first page of the manuscript must contain: the full title; the affiliation and full address of all authors and the corresponding author; the second page must contain an abstract of 250 words or less.
3. Abstract
Author(s) will need to write abstract briefly and clearly the main aims and findings/conclusions of the work; it should provide the reader with a clear idea of what has been achieved. The length of the abstract should be within 150-250 words.
4. Abbreviations
Any word or words to be abbreviated should be written in full when first mentioned followed by the abbreviation in parenthesis.
5. Illustrations
All illustrations of any kind should be submitted as sequentially numbered figures, illustrations should be inserted in the main body of the manuscript text.
6.Tables and Supplementary Material
Data must be kept to a minimum. Tables should be numbered and headed with short titles. As with illustrations, they should insert in the main manuscript text.
7.Acknowledgements
Acknowledgements should appear at the end of the text.
8. References
References should be cited in the text as name and year and listed at the end of the paper alphabetically. Where reference is made to more than one work by the same author published in the same year, identify each citation in the text as follows: (Kashif, 1998a), (Kashif, 1998b). Where three or more authors are listed in the reference list, please cite in the text as (Hye et al., 1998). All references must be complete and correct. If essential, cite unpublished or personal work in the text but do not include it in the reference list. Where possible the DOI for the reference should be included at the end of the reference. Online citations should include the date of access. References should be listed in the following style:
Baharumshah. Z. and D. Borsic, 2008. Purchasing power parity in central and eastern european. Economics Bulletin 6(32): 1-8.
Hsiao, C., 2003. Analysis of panel data. Cambridge university press.
9. Footnotes
These should be numbered consecutively in the text.
10. Appendix: At the end of the paper
Publication Ethics
Submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the author(s) and only unpublished manuscripts should be submitted. Any conflict of interest must be clearly stated.
Double-Blind Peer Review Process
All articles submitted to HSSR are subject to double-blind peer and editorial reviews. The peer-review process collects the objective opinion on the quality of content.
Plagiarism Policy
IJHSSR has a Zero tolerance policy towards plagiarism. All articles are scanned through Turnitin. Turnitin receipt will be provided to authors with review reports (on request).
Authors are requested to check plagiarism at their end also to avoid any unpleasant situation.
Please respect the work of other researchers by proper quotation and citation in your article.
If any article is found plagiarized, it will not be published in our journal at any cost.
If you find infringement of the copyright of your work in any work of IJHSSR, please inform us with proper evidence for corrective measures. Contact us immediately in case of plagiarism related queries.
Possible Actions by Editor for High Similarity Index
Editorial board has passed the following actions:
- Similarity Index above 30%: Article Rejected(due to poor citation and/or poor paraphrasing, article outright rejected, NO RESUBMISSION accepted)
- Similarity Index (20-30%): Editor may send to the author for improvement[provide correct citations to all places of similarity and do good paraphrasing even if the citation is provided]
- Similarity indexLess than 20%: May be accepted or citation improvement may be required. [proper citations must be provided to all outsourced texts]
In case 2 and 3: The authors should revise the article carefully, add required citations, and do good paraphrasing to outsourced text. And resubmit the article with new Turnitin report showing NO PLAGIARISM and similarity below 20%
